Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your country of residence (whichever is higher), to register and use the Services.
  • Jurisdictional restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Services if you are located in, or a resident of, a Prohibited Jurisdiction, including Australia in relation to online casino services that contravene the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth). By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are not in breach of any applicable local law.
  • Responsibility to comply: It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Operator does not provide legal advice and disclaims responsibility for any User who accesses the Site in breach of local law.

Registration Process

  1. Account creation: To use certain features of the Services, you must create an Account by providing requested information such as your name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and preferred payment details. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at all times.
  2. Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking on a verification link sent to the email address provided during registration. Your Account may remain limited or suspended until email verification is completed.
  3. KYC and identity verification: Before deposits, play, or withdrawals are permitted (or at any subsequent time, including when you request a withdrawal), the Operator may request KYC documents, including:
    • Government-issued photo identification (e.g., passport, driver's licence);
    • Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
    • Proof of ownership of payment methods used (e.g., redacted card copy, wallet screenshots);
    • Any other documents reasonably required to satisfy anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), fraud-prevention, and age-verification obligations.
    You acknowledge that withdrawals may be delayed or refused if you fail to supply complete and legible documents.

User Obligations

  • Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate and not misleading. You must promptly update your Account if any information changes. The Operator may void bets, cancel Bonuses, or restrict your Account if false or misleading information is discovered.
  • Single account: You are permitted to open only one Account on the Site. Multiple accounts, whether under different names, emails, or device identifiers, are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of funds and Bonuses.
  • Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password, and for all activity conducted using your Account. You must:
    • Choose a strong, unique password;
    • Not share your password with any third party;
    • Immediately notify the Operator via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access or security breaches.
    The Operator is not liable for loss arising from unauthorised use where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
  • Use of Account: Your Account is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not act as an agent or intermediary for any third party, pool funds, or engage in arbitrage, money laundering, or any fraudulent or abusive activity.

Regional Compliance Note: In light of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth), Users physically present in Australia must not create or use an Account for real-money online casino gambling; any such use is at your own legal risk and may result in Account closure and withholding of funds, subject to applicable law.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules for Placing Bets

  • Offer and acceptance: A Bet or Wager is deemed accepted by the Operator only when it is processed and reflected in your Account balance and bet history. Screenshots or cached displays are not conclusive evidence of acceptance.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game, table, or event may specify minimum and maximum betting amounts. You are responsible for checking these limits before placing a Bet. The Operator may adjust limits at any time without prior notice.
  • Available funds: You may place Bets only up to the amount of your available Real Money Balance and, where permitted, eligible Bonus Balance. Bets that would cause your balance to become negative will be rejected.
  • Game rules: Individual games are governed by their specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) settings displayed within the game interface or help section. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules will prevail for that game.
  • Time of placement: Bets must be placed before the start of the relevant game round or event. Bets placed or attempted after the official start time, or after the "no more bets" indication, are invalid and may be voided.

Modification and Cancellation of Bets

  1. Player-initiated changes: Once a Bet has been submitted and confirmed by the system, you cannot modify, cancel, or withdraw it, except where the interface expressly allows adjustments before final confirmation.
  2. Operator voiding rights: The Operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to void or cancel any Bet in part or in full, including where:
    • a technical, software, or human error results in incorrect odds, payouts, or game behaviour;
    • the Bet was accepted after the relevant event or game outcome was known or could reasonably be known;
    • fraud, collusion, exploitation of a bug or loophole, or other abusive activity is suspected;
    • regulatory or legal obligations require such action.
    In such cases, the Operator may restore the stake to your Real Money Balance or treat the Bet as never placed.

Gameplay Conduct and Chat Rules

  • Fair play: You must not:
    • use bots, automated scripts, or any software or device that manipulates gameplay or gives an unfair advantage;
    • collude with other players or share card or game-state information in multi-player environments;
    • exploit glitches, latency, or software bugs; if discovered, such issues must be reported immediately to [email protected].
  • Live casino and chat: Where chat features (text, audio, video) are provided, you must:
    • refrain from insults, threats, hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory language;
    • not promote illegal activity, other gambling sites, or third-party services;
    • not share personal or sensitive data (your own or others') or solicit such data from others;
    • respect dealers, staff, and other players at all times.
    The Operator may mute, restrict, or terminate chat access or Accounts for breaches.
  • Game interruptions: If a game round is interrupted due to technical failure, system crash, or loss of connectivity:
    • the outcome recorded on the Operator's server logs will prevail;
    • unresolved game rounds may be rolled back and the stake returned where technically feasible;
    • the Operator's decision based on server records is final, subject to applicable law.

Regional Compliance Note: Users located in Australia must be aware that participation in online casino-style gambling services offered offshore to Australian residents may breach local law. The Operator does not hold a verified Australian licence, and any participation is at the User's own risk.

Bonus Terms

Bonus Activation

  • Eligibility: Bonuses may be offered at the Operator's discretion and may be restricted to specific Users, jurisdictions, payment methods, or time periods. The Operator may decline to award a Bonus without providing a reason.
  • Activation mechanics: To activate a Bonus, you may be required to:
    • opt in via your Account or the promotions page;
    • enter a promotional code during deposit;
    • meet a specified minimum deposit or other stated criterion.
    Bonus details, including activation conditions, will be described in the relevant offer.
  • Bonus crediting: Once activated and conditions are met, the Bonus amount (or free spins, cashback, etc.) will be credited to your Bonus Balance or game-specific wallet. You must verify that the Bonus has been credited before placing Bets intended to meet any wagering requirements.

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

  1. Wagering multiple: Unless otherwise specified, Bonus funds and any associated winnings are subject to a wagering requirement (e.g., 30x the Bonus amount, or 30x Bonus + deposit) before they can be converted into Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
  2. Contribution of games: Different game types may contribute differently towards wagering requirements, for example:
    • Slots: up to 100% contribution;
    • Table games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker): 0 - 20% contribution;
    • Live dealer games: 0 - 20% contribution;
    • Excluded games: 0% contribution.
    Precise contribution rates and excluded games will be specified in each promotion.
  3. Time limits: Bonuses are generally subject to expiry and must be wagered within a specified period (for example, 7 - 30 days from crediting or as otherwise stated in the promotion). Unused or partially used Bonuses, and any related winnings, may be forfeited upon expiry.
  4. Maximum bet limits while wagering: A maximum permitted Bet per spin, hand, or round may apply while a Bonus is active (e.g., AUD 5 - 10 or an equivalent amount). Exceeding these limits may lead to confiscation of Bonus funds and associated winnings.

Prohibited Actions and Bonus Abuse

  • Bonus abuse: Prohibited behaviours include, but are not limited to:
    • opening multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus or promotion multiple times;
    • using a Bonus exclusively on low-risk bets or hedging strategies to artificially meet wagering;
    • deliberately delaying completion of rounds using features like "gamble", "hold", or similar while switching games or balances;
    • placing large Bets that significantly exceed usual play in order to exploit Bonus structures.
  • Excluded games: Certain games or game types may be excluded from Bonus play (or contribute 0% to wagering requirements), including some jackpot slots, low-risk table bets, or specific high-RTP titles. Playing these with Bonus funds may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
  • Combining promotions: Unless expressly stated otherwise, multiple Bonuses or promotions cannot be combined or stacked on a single deposit or betting session. You may be required to complete or forfeit the current Bonus before activating another.
  • Operator remedies: In cases of suspected or confirmed Bonus abuse, the Operator may:
    • remove active Bonuses and associated winnings;
    • adjust Account balances to correct misuse;
    • close or restrict your Account;
    • report suspected unlawful behaviour to relevant authorities.

Regional Compliance Note: Promotional communications and Bonuses directed to persons in Australia, in relation to prohibited forms of online gambling, may contravene Australian law. Users are responsible for ensuring they do not accept or use Bonuses in breach of applicable local restrictions.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Payment methods: The Site may support deposits via:
    • Debit/credit cards;
    • E-wallets and online payment processors;
    • Bank transfers;
    • Cryptocurrencies, where available.
    The availability of specific methods may depend on your location, currency, and third-party provider policies.
  • Ownership of payment methods: You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Using third-party cards, wallets, or accounts is prohibited and may be treated as fraudulent conduct.
  • Deposit limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and can vary by payment method. The Operator may impose its own limits and may change these without prior notice. Third-party payment providers may charge additional fees, which are your responsibility.
  • Processing times: Deposits are generally processed immediately but may be delayed due to banking, network, or verification procedures. The Operator is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party providers.
  • Chargebacks: You agree not to request or initiate Chargebacks unless you have a legal basis. Where a Chargeback is initiated:
    • the Operator may suspend or close your Account;
    • any winnings derived from the disputed funds may be forfeited;
    • the Operator may recover costs and losses incurred in connection with the Chargeback.

Withdrawals

  1. Eligibility for withdrawal: Withdrawals may be made from your Real Money Balance only. Bonus funds and winnings may be subject to wagering and other conditions before they become withdrawable.
  2. Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, the Operator may require:
    • completion of KYC procedures;
    • confirmation of ownership of the payment method;
    • proof of source of funds or source of wealth where required by AML/CTF obligations.
    Failure to provide requested documentation may result in delays or cancellation of the withdrawal.
  3. Withdrawal methods: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed using the same method(s) used for deposit. If the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, an alternative method may be selected at the Operator's discretion, subject to additional verification.
  4. Limits and fees: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, week, or month. The Operator may also impose fees for processing withdrawals, particularly for multiple small withdrawals. Applicable limits and fees will be indicated in the cashier or payments section where feasible.
  5. Processing times: The Operator aims to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period (for example, 1 - 5 Business Days), excluding any time required for KYC checks or third-party provider processing. Actual receipt of funds may depend on your bank or payment provider and can take several additional days.

Refunds and Reversals

  • General policy: Deposits are non-refundable once used for betting or gameplay. Requests for refunds of unused deposits may be considered at the Operator's discretion, subject to AML/CTF checks and regulatory constraints.
  • Refunds of Bets: Bets may be refunded or voided in the circumstances described in the Betting & Gameplay Rules (e.g., technical error, invalid game round). In such cases, the Bet amount may be returned to your Account.
  • Bonus-related funds: Where a Bonus is cancelled or forfeited (for any reason, including breach of Bonus Terms), any winnings derived from such Bonus may be voided and removed from your Account.
  • Unauthorised recurring charges: If you believe that unauthorised or recurring charges have been made to your payment method in connection with the Site, you must notify the Operator immediately at [email protected] and contact your payment provider. The Operator will review such claims based on transaction logs and may request supporting evidence.

Regional Compliance Note: The Operator does not hold a verified Australian gambling licence. Deposits and withdrawals made by Users in Australia are undertaken at the User's own risk, and there may be limited legal recourse to enforce payment obligations against an offshore operator.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • Service provision: The Operator endeavours to provide the Services on a continuous and fair basis, using commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the integrity, availability, and security of systems and games.
  • Fairness and integrity of games: The Operator aims to ensure that game outcomes are determined by random number generator (RNG) systems or other methods intended to provide random and unbiased results. However, Users should be aware that, based on external reports and complaints, some offshore operators may employ non-certified or pirated games with adjustable RTP, and the Operator's licensing and certification status is unverified.
  • Accuracy of information: While the Operator strives to ensure that information presented on the Site (including game rules, promotional details, and account statements) is accurate, occasional errors or omissions may occur. In such instances, the Operator reserves the right to correct obvious errors and adjust affected Bets or balances accordingly.

Exclusions of Liability

  1. Technical failures: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for:
    • interruptions, delays, or unavailability of the Site or Services due to maintenance, system failures, or network outages;
    • defects or malfunctions in software, hardware, or communication infrastructure, whether owned by the Operator or third parties;
    • data loss, corruption, or unauthorised access resulting from cyber incidents or force majeure events.
  2. Third-party services: The Operator is not responsible for acts or omissions of payment providers, internet service providers, banks, or other third parties involved in delivering the Services, including delays in processing payments or failures of communication networks.
  3. Illegal or unauthorised use: The Operator bears no responsibility for losses incurred by Users who access or use the Services in jurisdictions where such use is illegal or unauthorised (including Australia in relation to prohibited online casino services), or in breach of these Terms.
  4. Consequential and indirect loss: The Operator is not liable for any:
    • indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses;
    • loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or opportunity;
    • loss or corruption of data, whether foreseeable or not.

Limitation of Maximum Compensation

  • Cap on liability: Except where otherwise required by mandatory law, the aggregate liability of the Operator to you, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, in relation to any single event or series of related events, will not exceed:
    • the amount of the Bet or Wager in dispute; or
    • where no specific Bet is in dispute, the lesser of (i) your net deposits to the Site in the preceding 30 days, and (ii) AUD 1,000 (or equivalent in other currency).
  • Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. Where such laws apply, the Operator's liability is limited, to the extent permitted, to supplying the Services again or paying the cost of having the Services supplied again.

Regional Compliance Note: Australian law may provide statutory guarantees and rights that cannot be excluded. However, enforcing such rights against an offshore operator that does not hold an Australian licence may be practically difficult, and Users assume this risk by using the Services.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

  • Site content: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio-visual material, game interfaces, and layouts, is owned or lawfully licensed by the Operator and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • Software: The software, source code, object code, algorithms, and underlying systems used to provide the Services (including downloadable or browser-based components) are proprietary to the Operator or its licensors.
  • Trademarks: The brand names "BSB 007", associated logos, and any other marks displayed on the Site are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Operator or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants any licence or right to use such trademarks without prior written consent.

Permitted and Prohibited Uses

  1. Personal use licence: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site and Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
  2. Prohibited activities: You must not, without the prior written consent of the Operator:
    • copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Site content or software;
    • distribute, sell, lease, rent, license, or otherwise commercialise any part of the Site or Services;
    • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from any software used in connection with the Site, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
    • use framing, deep-linking, scraping, data mining, or similar technologies to access, index, or copy significant parts of the Site.
  3. User-generated content: If you post or submit any content (such as chat messages, reviews, or feedback), you grant the Operator a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Services.

Regional Compliance Note: Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of Site content, including any pirated or unlicensed game software, may infringe intellectual property rights under Australian and international law and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Privacy policy: The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data in connection with the Site and Services are governed by the Operator's privacy policy, as amended from time to time, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. You should review the privacy policy carefully before using the Services.
  • Data processing: By using the Site, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the privacy policy, including for purposes of:
    • account registration and management;
    • KYC, AML/CTF, and fraud prevention checks;
    • payment processing and transaction monitoring;
    • customer support and dispute handling;
    • marketing and promotional communications, where permitted.
  • Cross-border transfers: Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws. The Operator will take reasonable steps to safeguard your data in accordance with its privacy policy but cannot guarantee compliance with the standards of all jurisdictions.

Regional Compliance Note: Users in Australia should be aware that personal data may be processed by an offshore operator that is not subject to the full scope of Australian Privacy Principles. Your legal remedies for privacy breaches may therefore be limited.

Changes to Terms

Amendments

  • Right to modify: The Operator may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, including to reflect changes in legal or regulatory requirements, industry practices, or operational needs.
  • Effective date: Unless otherwise stated, changes to the Terms will take effect on the date indicated at the top of this document or when they are published on the Site.

Notification Procedures

  1. Methods of notice: Where material changes are made, the Operator will use one or more of the following methods to notify you:
    • posting an updated version of the Terms on the Site;
    • displaying a banner, pop-up, or in-account message;
    • sending an email to the address associated with your Account, where available.
  2. Deemed acceptance: Your continued access to or use of the Site or Services after changes have taken effect will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Services and may request closure of your Account.

Regional Compliance Note: Regulatory environments, including Australian online gambling laws, are subject to frequent amendment. Changes to these Terms may be necessary to reflect such developments, but Users should independently monitor applicable legal requirements in their jurisdiction.

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

  • Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend, restrict, or close your Account, and/or withhold or confiscate funds, in whole or in part, if:
    • you breach these Terms or any game-specific or Bonus rules;
    • you provide false, incomplete, or misleading information, or fail to complete KYC procedures;
    • you are suspected of fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other unlawful conduct;
    • there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of Bonus abuse, collusion, or unfair play;
    • you are located in or a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction, including Australia in relation to Services that contravene the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth);
    • the Operator decides, for risk or business reasons, to cease offering the Services in your jurisdiction.
  • Measures: In such cases, the Operator may:
    • freeze your Account balance pending investigation;
    • void Bets and Bonuses suspected to be connected to prohibited conduct;
    • report suspected unlawful activity to relevant authorities and/or payment providers.

User-Initiated Closure

  1. Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. The Operator may require verification of identity before processing your request.
  2. Balance on closure: Upon confirmed closure:
    • any remaining Real Money Balance not subject to dispute or legal restriction will be paid out to you, using a method determined by the Operator;
    • any active Bonuses and associated Bonus Balance may be cancelled and forfeited;
    • pending Bets may be voided or settled, at the Operator's discretion and subject to applicable law.

Notification and Refunds

  • Notice: Where reasonably practicable, the Operator will notify you of suspension or closure and provide a general reason, except where doing so would prejudice an investigation or be prohibited by law or regulatory instruction.
  • Refunds: If your Account is closed other than for breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or regulatory prohibition, the Operator will, where practicable, return your remaining Real Money Balance, subject to standard verification checks. Where closure results from breach, funds may be withheld to the extent permitted by law.

Regional Compliance Note: If the Services are determined to be illegal in your jurisdiction (including under Australian law for certain online casino services), the Operator may be required or may elect to suspend or terminate your Account. Recovery of funds in such circumstances may be complex and uncertain.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Offshore governing law: In the absence of clear corporate disclosure, the Operator is presumed to be organised and operating from an offshore jurisdiction that is not Australia. Accordingly, these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or principally operates, as determined and notified by the Operator from time to time.
  • Mandatory local laws: Notwithstanding the above, mandatory consumer protection, gambling, or other public laws of your country of residence (including Australia) may apply where they cannot be lawfully excluded.

Dispute Resolution

  1. Internal complaint process: If you have a complaint regarding the Services, you should first contact customer support at [email protected], providing:
    • your Account details;
    • a detailed description of the issue;
    • relevant screenshots or transaction IDs.
    The Operator will use reasonable efforts to investigate and respond within a reasonable time, but response times may vary.
  2. External resolution: The Operator does not identify a recognised, independent alternative dispute resolution body or regulator with jurisdiction over the Services. As such, external recourse may be limited to:
    • bringing a claim in the courts or tribunals of the Operator's governing law jurisdiction; and/or
    • referring the matter to your payment provider, bank, or card scheme where applicable.
  3. Jurisdiction: Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under local law, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Operator's governing law jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Regional Compliance Note: Residents of Australia should be aware that, in relation to offshore gambling operators not holding an Australian licence, local regulators may have limited ability to enforce player protection measures or resolve disputes. Pursuing remedies may require action in foreign courts, with associated costs and uncertainties.

Contact Information

If you have any questions, complaints, or legal notices regarding these Terms or the Services provided under the brand BSB 007 in connection with BSB 007 and the Site bsb007-aussie.com, you may contact the Operator using the following details:

  • Customer Support Email: [email protected] (primary and critically important contact for general inquiries, account issues, payment questions, and complaints).
  • Telephone: Not specified. No verified telephone support number is publicly available.
  • Website: https://bsb007-aussie.com
  • Mailing / Legal Address: Not specified. No confirmed physical headquarters, regional office, mailing address, or legal address has been disclosed by the Operator.

Regional Compliance Note: The absence of verified registration details, physical address, and recognised licensing (including an unverified or likely fake reference to a Curacao Antillephone 8048/JAZ licence) indicates that BSB 007, as offered via bsb007-aussie.com, operates as an offshore entity without effective regulatory oversight. Australian Users, in particular, should exercise heightened caution and recognise the elevated risk profile associated with such Services.
